Outreach in SF and Treasure Island; build relationships with FCC providers and families.
Mentor families to identify strengths, priorities, and goals.
Provide coaching in child development, bonding, and behavior support.
Deliver intake assessments and long-term action plans; progress monitoring.
Maintain active caseload and coordinate with supervision.
Must be willing to work non-traditional hours.

🎯 Requirements

Must be able to drive Glide vehicle.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in family services with children and parents.
Training in Family Centered Coaching or related models.
Training in trauma-informed care.
Familiarity with 123 Magic, Conscious Discipline or related approaches.
Strong written and verbal communication; MS Office; Salesforce a plus.
