- Own and scale Faire’s global equity programs end-to-end across all award types.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People to build audit-ready processes.
- Lead public-company equity responsibilities, including SEC reporting and controls.
- Oversee the full equity lifecycle: grants, vesting, exercises, pool, GL reconciliations.
- Design and optimize equity systems/workflows; Shareworks integrations with payroll/HRIS.
- Act as advisor for complex equity matters and regulatory risk.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- 10+ years in stock plan administration in high-growth environments
- CEP certification strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in global equity programs with cross-jurisdiction knowledge
- Experience designing and implementing an Employee Stock Purchase Plan
- Proven experience scaling equity programs through private-to-public readiness
🎁 Benefits
- Salary range: $174,000 - $239,000 USD/year
- Eligible for equity
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days/week in office, a third flex day
- Remote up to 4 weeks/year
