📋 Description

  • Lead and manage goals, roles, cadence, and development for Brand Success team.
  • Hire, train, coach, and retain a best-in-class Brand Success team.
  • Coach team development and engagement via adoption and customer growth metrics.
  • Refine GTM strategy and positioning; sell paid advertising to customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and surface blockers.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to guide product priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in tech account mgmt / customer success / sales / BD, incl. 2-4 years in mgmt.
  • Proven track record hiring, coaching and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to foster information sharing, constructive debate, and collaboration.
  • Excellent listening and clear verbal and written communication.
  • Expertise in adoption and customer growth metrics; drive progress.
  • Experience with Salesforce, data visualization tools, and call recording tools.
  • Not afraid to dive into weeds to support direct reports and build relationships.
  • Analytical and data-driven; define KPIs and measure progress.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base pay range: $126,650-$173,825/year (SF).

  • Hybrid work: 2 days in office; 3rd flex day; up to 4 weeks remote.
