- Proven track record hiring, coaching and exceeding goals.
- Ability to foster information sharing, constructive debate, and collaboration.
- Excellent listening and clear verbal and written communication.
- Expertise in adoption and customer growth metrics; drive progress.
- Experience with Salesforce, data visualization tools, and call recording tools.
- Not afraid to dive into weeds to support direct reports and build relationships.
- Analytical and data-driven; define KPIs and measure progress.

- Base pay range: $126,650-$173,825/year (SF).
