Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AP operations: invoicing, payments, vendor setup, and exceptions.
• Lead and manage a hybrid AP model with day-to-day oversight of outsourced partners.
• Design and maintain scalable AP processes, controls, and approvals aligned with SOX.
• Serve as internal escalation point for AP issues, vendor inquiries, and cross-functional questions.
• Ensure accurate, timely AP activity with proper coding, approvals, and cutoff.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and FP&A on vendor onboarding, spend governance, and contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in Accounts Payable or accounting ops with AP ownership.
• Strong understanding of AP controls, approvals, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Experience with shared services or outsourced AP models.
• Familiarity with Netsuite and FloQast.
• Experience with Ramp, Zip, and Concur spend management.

• Base pay range: $125,000 - $172,000 per year.
• Hybrid work: 3 days/week in SF; remote up to 4 weeks/year.
