Develop and manage data control systems for real-time monitoring.
Guide engineers on testing best practices and system capabilities.
Identify and mitigate hazards for a safe testing environment.
Create and refine test plans and procedures for reliable outcomes.
Troubleshoot reliability issues to improve hardware performance.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED at minimum.
3+ years of relevant technical experience.
Experience with pressurized flight components.
Operating hazardous equipment with multiple energy sources.
Building complex fluid-mechanical systems.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Slack.
In-depth knowledge with test automation, data acquisition, and control systems.
