🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
Minimum four years as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer.
Minimum six years as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer (Sr).
Root cause methods: 5-Whys, Fishbone, 8D.
Experience with high-speed automated systems: PLC, robotics, vision.
Data-driven with SPC and sensor data to predict failures.
