Factory Design Manager

📋 Description

• Be the bridge between factory engineering/production and the facility design team.
• Manage the change request process from inputs through design acceptance.
• Vet and organize all project requirements and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between all team members.
• Create and manage the design schedule for each project.
• Track status and unblock issues to stay on schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience on manufacturing/industrial projects.
• Expertise in factory design, manufacturing, material flow and construction.
• Advanced project management skills for complex engineering problems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing conflicting objectives and tight timelines.
