Senior Manager, Legal Ops

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Global Contracts Legal Operations & Performance Lead to join us as we move into the next phase of Factor’s growth. You’ll support Factor and our clients in maximizing legal operations data, financial data, and contract performance data to improve:

Understanding of key metrics for smarter, faster decisions

Business financial and risk positions (reducing profit leakage, improving revenue stability)

You will work alongside Delivery Leads and Engagement Leads to:

Build repeatable, client-transferrable delivery solutions and processes

Implement contract performance tracking using trend analysis and key metrics

Identify risks and implement strategic actions to improve delivery performance

This role requires leadership, vision, and the ability to incubate talent and grow capabilities (People, Process, Technology).
