Facility Security Officer (FSO)

📋 Description

• Partner with Mission Management and government reps to meet program deliverables
• Align with Mission Management and engineering on classification requirements and protections
• Assist with self-inspections, audits, and inquiries
• Manage initiation and upkeep of personnel clearances for responsible programs
• Assist with CONOPS, OPSEC Plans, PPIPs, MFRs for approval
• Coordinate transport plans for classified materials
• Ensure security SOPs are up to date, approved and followed
• Support annual refresher, INDOC, and exit briefings per policy
• Review clearance packages for accuracy and follow up actions
• Maintain reportable information on travel, contacts, finances, and conduct

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in SCI or collateral security environment
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; pre-employment drug testing
• This role is onsite in Hawthorne, CA; remote work not considered
• Ability to travel in support of mission requirements
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, DoD SAP Security Manuals, ICDs
• Familiarity with DISS, NBIS, TALON or Scattered Castles
