- Manage the full lifecycle of personnel security clearances (PCLs) within DISS/NBIS.
- Liaise with DCSA and ensure compliance with NISPOM, SEAD 3, and related regulations.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding and clearance terminations; debriefings.
- Provide guidance on clearance obligations and reporting requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's industrial security program per directives.
- Prepare for DCSA assessments, audits, and inspections; conduct self-inspections.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–7+ years in industrial security; FSO or CPSO experience preferred.
- Experience managing personnel security clearances in DISS/NBIS.
- FSO certification (CDSE) preferred or required within timeframe.
- Strong knowledge of NISPOM, SEADs (SEAD 3), and DCSA processes.
- Familiarity with clearance lifecycle management and adjudication processes.
- Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) with ability to obtain/maintain.
