Facility Security Officer

📋 Description

• Primary security point of contact for government clients and partners.
• Ensure NISPOM and federal security regulation compliance.
• Process personnel security clearances, visit requests, and admin actions.
• Maintain Facility Clearance (FCL) and support audits/inspections.
• Develop and deliver security training for cleared personnel.
• Oversee physical security and information system security controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance
• FSO certification through the STEPP program
• 3+ years in a government contractor security office
• Knowledge of NISPOM requirements and industrial security
• Experience with security audits and inspections
• Knowledge of eMASS or similar system authorization tools
