🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center infrastructure
- 3+ years of leadership over infrastructure, facilities, or skilled technical teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, generators, cooling, etc.)
- Experience with maintenance execution, vendor coordination, incident response, and compliance
- Safety-focused with familiarity with critical environment safety (LOTO, arc flash)
