Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain facility and production equipment for peak operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot automated equipment; repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Ensure building systems are safe and compliant.

🎯 Requirements

• Read blueprints, machine prints, schematics, and service manuals.
• Strong mechanical knowledge: hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Diagnose issues quickly; work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years in industrial/commercial maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; NFPA 70E, EPA 608.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
