Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, HVAC, boilers, and valves.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and repair/replace defective components.
• Keep automated equipment and systems operational via routine checks.
• Maintain lighting, HVAC, life safety, and security systems.
• Read blueprints and service manuals for repairs and installations.
• Log maintenance in CMMS and track work orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical expertise: hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; quick diagnosis.
• 3+ years industrial/commercial building maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; NFPA 70E, EPA 608 helpful.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment.
