Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Ensure facility is maintained in satisfactory condition.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
• Inspect HVAC, lighting, roof, and premises on schedule.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Maintain building systems and life safety equipment.
• Support roof maintenance and ground upkeep as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Read machine prints and perform repairs.
• Hands-on installation of piping, electrical, and plumbing.
• HVAC knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• Work well under pressure.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
