Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Keep the facility in safe, operational condition for production.
• Maintain building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Complete work orders on schedule; inspect doors, lighting, roof.
• Provide basic repairs and troubleshooting; follow safety PPE.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in industrial building maintenance (preferred).
• Basic computer skills and work order systems.
• Read machine prints and perform repairs.
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing troubleshooting in production settings.
• HVAC knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; work in hot/cold environments.
