🎯 Requirements

- Read blueprints, machine prints, schematics, and service manuals.
- High school diploma or GED; specialized training or associate preferred.
- HVAC certification highly preferred; NFPA 70E, EPA 608 helpful.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs; work with minimal supervision.
