🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years industrial/commercial building maintenance
- High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred
- HVAC certification preferred; NFPA 70E, EPA 608 preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools; read blueprints
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk long periods
- Willingness to work around plant materials, pollen and dust
