Facility Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee Maintenance Technicians and coordinate work orders.
• Ensure facility readiness for production/manufacturing operations.
• Manage building inspections, bids, operations, leasing, and projects.
• Develop schedules for HVAC, doors, lighting, roof, and premises.
• Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, life safety, security.
• Coordinate vendors and keep maintenance log up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years industrial building maintenance preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Read machine prints and assign duties to Maintenance Techs.
• Lead the team and liaise with Facility Project Engineers.
• Experience with piping systems and industrial electrical installs.
• HVAC Certification is a plus.
