Facility Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee building inspections, bids, operations, leasing, and projects.
• Manage a team of Maintenance Technicians and assign their work orders.
• Develop schedules for HVAC, doors, interior/exterior lighting, roof and premises inspections.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, fencing and security.
• Oversee and coordinate all vendors and contractors (landscaping, snowplow, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial building maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read machine prints and assign duties to Maintenance Technicians.
• Oversee team, delegate work, and liaise with Facility Project Engineers.
• Experience with piping systems (air, water, steam) and industrial electrical installations.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
