Facility Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee facility maintenance operations to support production and manufacturing.
• Supervise Facility Maintenance Technicians and coordinate work orders for upkeep.
• Develop schedules for HVAC, lighting, doors, roofing and general premises.
• Oversee inspections, bids, projects and leasing as needed.
• Direct repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain the facility maintenance log and energy management efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial building maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and assign tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
