Document maintenance activities and incidents in ServiceNow.
Follow SOPs and emergency operating procedures (EOPs).

🎯 Requirements

Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred
0-2 years in facilities, mechanical, electrical, or related field
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Willingness to learn data center infrastructure and operations
Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
