Perform routine building maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
Site-wide maintenance: painting, patching walls, tiles, carpet.
Inspect/repair interior and exterior areas: walls, floors, fixtures, lighting.
Assist janitorial staff with moves, setups, and waste disposal using forklift.
Manage campus-wide operations and maintenance programs.
Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years facilities maintenance experience
Experience with plumbing systems, backflows, lift stations, pumps
Concrete work and carpentry maintenance experience
Ability to read instructions and blueprints
Extended hours/weekends availability; Texas driver's license; safety training
