Maintain and repair HVAC support equipment in facilities systems
Inspect and repair interior and exterior areas: walls, floors, lighting
Assemble/install/maintain pipes, fittings, heating, water, drainage
Present information statuses for all critical facility equipment
Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, reassemble and test pumps and mechanical gear
Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste per regulations

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years facilities maintenance experience
HVAC, plumbing, electrical safety, pneumatics, pipefitting, rotating machinery
Metasys or Building Automation Systems software
Forklift and fall protection experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
