Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and utilities.
Maintain HVAC support equipment, chilled water systems, pumps, and towers.
Perform ductwork, brazing, soldering, refrigerant charging, and insulation repairs.
Assemble, install, repair, and maintain pipes and mechanical systems.
Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, reassemble, and test equipment.
Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, boom lifts, and cranes as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in HVAC/plumbing/mechanical/electrical.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, safety, pneumatic principles, and machines.
Technical certification or journeyman/master license in HVAC/mechanical/plumbing.
Experience maintaining cleanroom or high-volume manufacturing utility systems.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; read schematics.
Stand up to 6 hours; lift up to 25 pounds; available for AWS shifts.
