- Maintain and repair facilities infrastructure (HVAC, ammonia, water heaters)
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts to minimize downtime
- Support manufacturing, production, and utility equipment to meet schedules
- Perform preventive maintenance on steam boilers, mechanical, electrical systems
- Participate in rotating on-call duties for after-hours emergencies
- Lead department activities; assist with plant security and key control
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, utilities, or facilities
- Experience with industrial electrical systems (480VAC–24VDC)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Experience using a CMMS (SAP, RedZone, or similar)
- Ability to work in extreme environments (cold storage, boiler rooms)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred
