Perform routine building maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Follow SOPs or maintenance plans for preventative maintenance
Conduct site-wide maintenance including painting and wall patching
Assist janitorial staff with general requests and event setup
Manage site-wide operations and maintenance programs as assigned
Open, track, and resolve work orders on a CMMS

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
Valid driver's license
Ability to work all shifts and overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, and carrying required
Ability to work at elevated heights, including the use of a ladder
Ability to lift 50 lbs
