- Break/fix repairs: painting, patching walls, furniture, and equipment.
- Day-to-day management of contractors.

- Assist staff with events: move furniture, setup spaces.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2+ years facilities/maintenance experience
- Valid CA driver's license
- Safety training and operation of forklifts, scissor lifts, cranes/hoists
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, framing
- Experience in aerospace facilities (preferred)
