- Schedule and perform routine building maintenance tasks (non-technical plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
- Complete break-fix repairs to facilities; painting, patching walls, ceiling tiles, and equipment
- Manage day-to-day contractor activities
- Conduct walk-downs with vendors, engineers, supervisors, and managers
- Assist janitorial staff; move furniture/equipment; event setup
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years facilities/maintenance experience
- Aerospace facilities experience (preferred)
- Construction, project management, equipment maintenance, and tenant improvements
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, framing
- Read instructions and blueprints
