🎯 Requirements

3+ years in facility technician or similar hands-on role.
Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
Ability to safely utilize ladders of various heights.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
