Diagnose and repair powered equipment and conveyors; follow safety policies.
Diagnose/repair building equipment (air compressors, HVAC, plumbing/electrical).
Perform welding repairs as needed.
Update Facilities Manager and Operations on repair status and impacts.
Lead small projects; coordinate work for warehouse/building tasks.
Maintain CMMS, work orders, and inventory.

🎯 Requirements

Computer proficiency to input work and use email
Conveyor control systems software proficiency
Operate powered equipment: yard trucks, forklifts, maintenance vehicles
Troubleshoot electrical control systems and PLCs; configure PLCs
MIG and Stick Weld; use tools safely
5+ years in a similar role; high school preferred
