- Maintain, install, and repair facility equipment and automation in the DFC.
- Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance on powered equipment and conveyors.
- Repair building systems: air compressors, HVAC, plumbing/electrical; weld as needed.
- Adhere to safety policies (lockout/tagout) to keep a safe workplace.
- Communicate with Facilities Manager and Operations; may lead projects.
- Maintain CMMS, work orders, and inventory; support warehouse operations.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in a similar role.
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
- CMMS proficiency; conveyor control systems software.
- Ability to operate powered equipment including yard trucks and forklifts.
