Facilities Supervisor (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead interdisciplinary facilities team at SpaceX Starlink sites (Redmond & Woodinville).
• Oversee critical infrastructure to minimize unplanned disruptions.
• Drive cost efficiencies via preventive maintenance and site projects.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop and execute site improvements aligned with business goals.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supervising facilities and directing related projects.
• 1+ year with building management and automated monitoring (HVAC, electrical, telecom).
• 1+ year implementing TPM and RCM maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing budgets and third-party vendors; contract negotiations.
• Experience with asset management software.
