🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 5+ years facilities supervision and hands-on mechanical/electrical work
- 1+ years building management and automated monitoring systems (HVAC, electrical, telecom)
- 1+ years TPM/RCM experience; willing to travel between Redmond & Woodinville
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or related field
- Experience with CMMS, asset management software, and data-driven maintenance; strong MS Office
