🎯 Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years facilities leadership experience.
Experience with contracts and vendors management.
Knowledge of security systems and building safety codes.
Valid driver's license.
