Assist the Facilities Manager(s) in all aspects of project implementation
Create meetings and presentations with executive leadership
Provide campus-wide reporting on spend, ticketing, and metrics
Maintain contracts for facilities services (elevators, cranes, waste, pest control, landscaping)
Obtain multiple bids from competing contractors
Create RFPOs and assist buyers with vendor selection

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years of facility vendor and contract management experience
Experience with facilities within the aerospace industry
Familiarity with space planning procedures and operations
Ability to create and update RFPOs and facilities work orders in an ERP
Read floor plans and manage multiple projects
