📋 Description

  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to facility service requests promptly
  • Troubleshoot basic facility issues and perform minor repairs
  • Manage and supervise third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Support space planning, moves, and office setups

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Ability to read basic technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
  • Hand and power tool experience
  • Basic computer skills (CMMS, work order systems, Microsoft Office)
