Manage and liaison for construction projects and maintenance at Bastrop Campus to meet standards.
Coordinate maintenance, repair, and installation with trades, contractors, and officials.
Direct repairs of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
Direct construction projects to ensure safety and minimal disruption.
Assist engineering with budgets, drawings, and design to meet timelines and budget.
Keep accurate logs, progress, and financial reports.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
5+ years of experience with HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical systems.
Degree or certificate in HVAC technology.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical safety, pneumatic principles, tubing, and fittings.
Experience with chiller plants, DoAS, ARU.
Ability to understand schematic diagrams and architectural plans.
AutoCAD and/or Revit proficiency.
Experience with major construction project management (estimating, cost control, schedule, contractor mgmt).
