Manage and coordinate construction projects and maintenance at Bastrop Campus.
Coordinate maintenance, repair, and installation with trades, contractors, and officials.
Direct repairs of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
Oversee facility construction to ensure safety and minimal downtime.
Support engineering with budgets, drawings, and design to meet schedule.
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and financial records.
Willing to support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years HVAC/pneumatic/mechanical/electrical experience.
HVAC degree/certificate preferred.
AutoCAD and/or Revit proficiency.
PM on major construction projects (estimating, cost control, schedule, contractor mgmt) and ability to read blueprints.
ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for export authorizations.
