Facilities Mechanical Engineer

📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and execute Fab facility projects (expansions, installs, upgrades).
• Oversee PCW, UHP gas, DI water, CDA, and HVAC systems for Fab operations.
• Manage contractors and vendors, including bidding, negotiations, scope, performance, and schedule.
• Coordinate construction, maintenance, and system mods; ensure Fab safety and EU directives.
• Use AutoCAD or similar software to design facility layouts and piping diagrams.
• Plan and execute maintenance for industrial equipment and critical utilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics with 3–5 years in facilities project engineering.
• Strong understanding of Fab utility systems: PCW, UHP gas, DI water, CDA, HVAC.
• Experience with construction, expansions, and modifications; contractor and vendor management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
• Desired LV electrical installation and control systems experience, and/or ultra-pure gas distribution.
