  • Manage, coordinate, and communicate with external vendors to improve processes, reduce costs, and execute efficiently.
  • Perform admin duties including contract management, invoice management, asset management, and vendor records.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair to ensure proper function of all equipment across facilities.
  • Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage projects such as HVAC upgrades, store layout changes, furniture changes, and store repaints.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor and control facilities spending against budget.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering/Facilities Mgmt/Architecture or related field (a plus).
  • Experience reading as-built drawings and CDs.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
