- Proven FM experience with independent accountability for a large or complex asset
- Ownership of compliance in multi-tenancy: life safety, WHS, building code, authorities - end to end
- Real contractor management: scopes, tenders, KPIs, and accountability
- Financial capability across OPEX, capex planning, variance reporting
- Experience using a CMMS to structure and report maintenance
- Clear communicator with tenants, contractors, and senior leadership; credible before a board
