  • Real contractor management: scopes, tenders, KPIs, and accountability
  • Financial capability across OPEX, capex planning, variance reporting
  • Experience using a CMMS to structure and report maintenance
  • Clear communicator with tenants, contractors, and senior leadership; credible before a board
