Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to building equipment.
Maintain facility appearance and grounds, including snow removal.
Manage trash, recycling, and general waste removal.
Ensure daily fire code compliance and safety inspections.
Assist with logistics, meetings, and events setups; coordinate with contractors.

🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, life-safety systems
Perform minor repairs and general maintenance independently
Safely operate hand and power tools
High School Diploma; 3-5 yrs in Commercial Facility Maintenance; Skilled Trade Certification preferred
Valid MD driver's license
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
