Facilities Maintenance Associate

📋 Description

• Knowledge of general facility maintenance tasks
• Maintain a safe, organized, and well-stocked work environment
• Perform routine facility inspections and maintenance
• Build desks and office or lab furniture
• Conduct weekly inventory counts of facility and office supplies
• Escort vendors for onsite service calls

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a hands-on maintenance role
• Clean driving record
• Keen judgment and ability to escalate when needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and reprioritize work orders
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
