Lead internal project teams and contractors through the MEP lifecycle.
Provide technical engineering support to meet standards and specs.
Manage drawings, documentation, and reports for large projects.
Coordinate capital expenditure and site project timelines.
Ensure facility readiness and regulatory compliance with AHJ.
Communicate schedules to personnel, subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
1+ years designing or building MEP systems.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
Field experience managing aerospace/heavy industrial projects.
Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, and air handling.
Familiarity with NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and IBC.
