- Oversee electrical systems: transformers and distribution; building upkeep.

- Lead cross-functional teams; mentor staff and manage vendors/contractors.
- Ensure timely response to break/fix requests and project work.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in architecture/construction/engineering OR 5+ yrs related exp
- 2+ yrs experience directly managing and leading teams
- Experience managing budgets
- Experience managing third-party vendors
- Experience negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of building management and automated facilities systems (HVAC, water, electrical)
- Must be able to work onsite
