- Oversee maintenance and improvement of facility systems (power, ultrapure water, exhaust, bulk gases).
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production to prevent unplanned interruptions via PM.
- Monitor and optimize utility systems for wet chemistry, PECVD, PVD, metallization, and cleaning.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, schematics, OEM manuals and drawings for assembly and repair.
- Perform failure analyses and root cause actions for facility systems.
- Drive continuous improvement for reliability, uptime, yield, and cost in a high-volume production environment.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related engineering discipline.
- 1+ years in facilities or sustaining engineering for manufacturing (internships ok).
- Experience with cleanroom facility systems, ultrapure water, exhaust abatement, bulk gas delivery.
- Knowledge of high-pressure gases, hazardous chemicals, and safety systems.
- Proficiency reading P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to travel internationally (20%).
