Coordinate third-party and on-site maintenance at HQ and Las Vegas offices.
Assist Facilities Chief Engineer and Facilities Engineer II in daily operations.
Manage time, prioritize workloads, and keep scopes within budgets.
Fill out work reports and daily duties reports.
Serve as on-call contact for emergency building issues.
Maintain facilities in safe, well-organized condition and follow instructions.

🎯 Requirements

Education: High School Diploma/GED.
Minimum 2 years' experience on commercial buildings.
HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing knowledge.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to read mechanical prints, drawings, and diagrams.
Background check, valid driver’s license, and occasional nights/weekends.
