🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years designing/maintaining industrial HVAC and plumbing systems.
- 5+ years designing/maintaining industrial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Clean-room design/maintenance experience with environmental controls.
- AutoCAD/Revit beginner-to-intermediate; familiarity with ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC codes.
- Experience with Schneider BMS; construction PM basics; travel occasionally.
