- Maintain production, fulfilment and site services equipment running.
- Fault-find and fix plant issues across the Kitchen and site services.
- Shift rotation: days 6am-6pm and nights 6pm-6am; 41 hours/week.

- Own reliability of machinery; respond to breakdowns; shift handovers.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive CI within area.
🎯 Requirements
- Multi-skilled engineering background with apprenticeship; electrical diagnostics experience.
- HNC in an engineering discipline.
- 3+ years in engineering or a senior technician role; supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication; able to engage with shift operations teams.
- PC literate; cloud-based systems; Google Suite experience.
- Strong planning, organisation, scheduling; coaching, training; safety awareness.
